Pet PolicyAny pet must have prior approval! Certain cabins allow pets, but not all. Dogs under 25 lbs. are possibly allowed dependent on circumstance. Not all dogs are allowed. Guests are not allowed to bring pets on property grounds. Proof of vaccination records are required. No wet dogs in cabins. No shedding dogs. Dogs are not allowed unattended in cabins and must be in their own kennel. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs must be house broken. No barking dogs allowed. Dogs must always be leashed on property. Picking up after dog is responsibility of tenant and must be done immediately each time. If not done, the tenant will be charged for clean up. Dogs are not allowed in beach area or swimming area. $500 non-refundable pet deposit is required if dog is allowed. If complaints are lodged by other guests then pets and their owners can be asked to leave immediately. No refunds for time of stay. Our pet policy is very strict. Insurance liability along with pet allergies has changed therefore, enforcement of these issues has been adopted. Unfortunately, too many bad circumstances have led to this being the case. We strive for all our guests to enjoy their stay during their time and because pets sometimes act nervous and can be uncomfortable at other locations, we must enforce this part of our pet policy. Please do not come with a pet or have a guest show up with a pet as we will not allow the pet or possibly you to stay. Please understand consideration to all our guests is top priority!
